Job summary

Tamasek Group is seeking an Environmental Engineer to manage environmental compliance in our manufacturing/plating environment. The role covers scrubber operation, IETS monitoring, wastewater systems, and scheduled waste handling to ensure regulatory adherence.

The ideal candidate has a diploma or degree in environmental engineering with relevant certificates and 2–5 years of related experience in manufacturing. Strong documentation and cross‑functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Environmental Engineering or related field.
• At least 2–5 years of working experience in manufacturing, plating, chemical process, wastewater treatment, or related environment.
• Relevant environmental competency certificates preferred (Scrubber / APCS, IETS, DOE documentation).

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage environmental control systems including scrubber systems and IETS.
• Perform environmental monitoring, parameter checks, and documentation control.
• Ensure compliance with scheduled waste, air pollution control, and audit requirements.
• Coordinate corrective or preventive actions with production, maintenance, safety and management teams.
• Maintain DOE submissions, inspection records and compliance reports.
