Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a detail-oriented logistics coordinator to support weighbridge operations and inbound/outbound trucking.

You will oversee delivery, unloading, data entry in SIMS and SPS, and prepare daily sales and delivery records, with training provided for fresh graduates. This role requires basic MS Office skills, strong communication, and the ability to work overtime as needed in a busy warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• SPM qualification or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; training provided.
• Proficient in data entry and basic MS Office.
• Good communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Weighbridge operations for inbound and outbound weighing.
• Coordinate delivery, positioning and unloading.
• Assist with external weighing services and reconcile daily payments.
• Organize weighbridge tickets for HQ submission.
• Create accurate L3 entries in SIMS for sales-related tankers.
• Process inbound consignments in the SIMS task list.
• Prepare, verify, and transmit daily sales and delivery records in SIMS; maintain SPS records.
• Coordinate with HQ on driver and foreign worker advances and salary.
• Execute any additional operational tasks as assigned.
