Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a diligent logistics administrator to support shipping documentation, customs procedures, and order processing. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply and learn on the job.

You will maintain accurate records, coordinate with Production, Logistics and customers, and handle local shipment documentation. Diploma holders in Logistics, SCM, Business Admin or related fields are welcome to join.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma qualification in Logistics, SCM, or related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Familiar with shipping documentation, import/export procedures, and customs processes.

Responsibilities

• To handle customs submission in K1 & K9.
• Prepare official DO & Invoices
• Prepare & generate Local Outgoing Request & Sales Order.
• Recording and updating databases for customer shipment & empty bin.
• Update and compile Admin-related monthly reports.
• Prepare billing records & checking of Invoice.
• Coordinate with Production, Logistic, BD Department & customer on local shipment.
• Handing Documentation for renewal of Licenses.
• Handle Import, Export shipment & documents.
• Handle Marine & GIT Insurance Renewal.
• Account Receivable.
• Preparing ISO 9001(2015) MSF0901-Anual Customer Satisfaction report
• Handing customer complaints
• To prepare documentation for auditors request.
• Others ad hoc duties as assign
