The Access Group in the UK-hq space is recruiting for an entry-level Digital Marketing Executive to support paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, Metasearch and Display. You will work with specialists to set up, optimise, and report on campaigns, building expertise in performance marketing within the hospitality sector.

This hybrid role emphasizes collaboration with Ecommerce Managers, Customer Success, and Digital Operations to drive growth and revenue.

Responsibilities

Support and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, Metasearch, and Display, focusing on traffic quality, conversions, ROAS, and customer performance.
Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign results using GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Looker Studio, proactively identifying optimisation opportunities.
Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices, sharing insights and contributing to team knowledge and training resources.
Collaborate closely with Ecommerce Managers, Customer Success, and Digital Operations teams to support customer growth, revenue performance, and paid media adoption.
