Qualifications

• Must have good communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• SPM or higher is required.

• Strong understanding of kitchen safety and hygiene standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist chefs with food preparation, including washing, peeling or chopping.
• Help receive and store deliveries of food and supplies.
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in the kitchen.
• Set up, operate and clean kitchen equipment and work areas.
• Assist with plating and presentation of dishes to restaurant standards.
• Support senior staff during busy service times.
