Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Kitchen Assistant to prepare ingredients and food items according to company recipes and SOPs across our Malaysia outlets. No experience is required as training will be provided.

You will ensure food quality, presentation and portion standards, maintain kitchen cleanliness and safety, and assist with stock replenishment while supporting the team during busy hours at Jalan Trus, Century Garden/KSL, Eco Botanic, Aeon Kulai, Paradigm Mall, and Sunway Citrine.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training will be provided.
• Fresh graduates and candidates with F&B experience are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and food items according to company recipes and SOPs.
• Ensure food quality, presentation, and portion standards are consistently maintained.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, equipment, and workstations.
• Store and handle food safely following food safety and hygiene standards.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory and stock replenishment.
• Wash kitchen utensils and equipment when required.
• Support team members during busy operating hours.
• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and operational guidelines.
• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor or outlet manager.
