Qualifications

• Degree in Aviation Engineering, Business Management, Administration or Customer Management.
• Bachelor's Degree holder with minimum CGPA of 3.0.
• Applicant must be unemployed after graduation or employed but salary not at market rate.
• Malaysian citizen, 30 years old and below at time of application.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparations of customer welcome kit.
• Assist data entry into the system for reporting purposes.
• Assist customer requests and provide up-to-date information.
• Respond swiftly and proactively to the customer.
• Document department-related paperwork.
• Correspond emails to stakeholders/customers under supervision.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the team and reporting superior.
