Job summary

Antler in KL/Jakarta seeks a senior NetSuite Finance Solutions Architect for an initial 6‑month contract. This hands‑on role combines deep finance knowledge with advanced NetSuite architecture and development capabilities.

You will own design and delivery of Finance systems in NetSuite, collaborating with senior stakeholders and prioritising IFRS 18 implementation and global accounting needs.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of NetSuite experience with solution architecture and implementation.
• Deep NetSuite OneWorld, multi-entity and multi-currency experience.
• Strong accounting knowledge with recognised professional qualification.
• Desirable IFRS 18 experience and broad finance reporting knowledge.
• Hands-on experience with SuiteAnalytics, Saved Searches and dashboards.
• Experience with SuiteScript, SuiteTalk / APIs and integrations.
• Ability to design and build workflows, automation and custom reporting.
• Translate Finance requirements into practical NetSuite architecture.
• Strong controls awareness and data integrity across systems.
• Excellent communication with senior Finance stakeholders and independence.

The Role

We are looking for an experienced NetSuite Finance Solutions Architect to join our global Finance team on an initial 6-month contract. This is a highly hands‑on role for someone who combines deep finance/accounting knowledge with advanced NetSuite architecture and development capability.

The opportunity

You will own the design and delivery of Finance systems solutions in NetSuite, working closely with senior Finance stakeholders to translate complex accounting and reporting requirements into scalable system solutions.

A key immediate priority will be supporting the business with IFRS 18 implementation, alongside broader NetSuite architecture, reporting, automation, integrations and process improvements.

What we're looking for

• 7+ years of strong NetSuite experience, including solution architecture and implementation
• Deep experience with NetSuite OneWorld, multi-entity, multi-currency, consolidation and intercompany
• Strong finance and accounting knowledge, ideally with ACA / ACCA / CIMA / CPA or equivalent
• Strong understanding of IFRS; IFRS 18 experience is highly desirable
• Hands‑on expertise in financial reporting, SuiteAnalytics, Saved Searches and dashboards
• Experience with SuiteScript, SuiteTalk / APIs and integrations
• Ability to design and build workflows, automation, custom records and reporting solutions
• Experience translating Finance requirements into practical NetSuite architecture
• Strong understanding of financial controls and data integrity
• Excellent communication skills and confidence working directly with senior Finance stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and take a requirement from concept -> architecture -> build -> testing -> implementation

The key distinction

We are not looking for a traditional NetSuite Administrator. We need someone who can understand the accounting requirement, design the appropriate solution in NetSuite, and then be hands‑on enough to build or lead the implementation. For example, if Finance says "we need to implement IFRS 18 reporting" you should be able to understand the accounting implications, determine the required system architecture and account/reporting changes, and then translate this into a working NetSuite solution.

This is an opportunity to have significant ownership of a global Finance systems environment and work on high‑impact finance transformation initiatives.
