Job summary

Arista Networks Malaysia Sdn. Bhd is seeking a Major Account Manager to lead consultative sales for large enterprise accounts within Southeast Asia.

You will manage top Fortune 500/Global 2000 accounts, develop tailored account plans, and drive opportunities across our data center, campus networking, and cloud-based solutions. Located in Malaysia, this home-based/field-based role requires proven leadership, multi-country experience in SEA, and fluency in English with a Southeast Asian language.

Qualifications

8+ years of sales experience targeting large enterprise and Fortune Southeast Asia customers.
Experience in Finance, Public Sector, or Telco is a plus.
Experience handling 2–3 Southeast Asian countries.
Knowledge of selling networking equipment and data center solutions.
Bachelor degree; MBA desirable; fluent English; Southeast Asian language beneficial.

Responsibilities

Sell consultatively to large enterprise accounts and Fortune Southeast Asia customers.
Develop and close opportunities across the Arista product portfolio including Data Center and Campus Networking.
Establish productive relationships with key personnel in assigned accounts.
Create and execute targeted account plans with partner managers and sales engineering team.
Align pre-engagement planning to customer mission and needs.
Manage year 1 to year 3 business priorities across named account territory.
Create a marketing plan aligned with named accounts and territory.
