Job summary

Argyll Scott in Malaysia is seeking a high-performing Senior Business Development Executive to own the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting to close, targeting enterprise clients. You will build C-level relationships, position Digital Transformation and Cloud solutions, and map key accounts to drive new logos and revenue growth in the Malaysian market.

Leading initiatives across AI, data, and managed services, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape go-to-market

Qualifications

5–10 years in IT solutions sales or related fields.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
Strong consultative selling skills translating tech to business value.
Knowledge of AI, cloud, app modernization and managed services.
Excellent interpersonal skills across a matrix organisation.
Self-starter, proactive, persuasive, commercially driven.

Responsibilities

Own the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting and cold calling to deal closure.
Identify and win new clients while growing revenue within existing accounts.
Engage at C-level to shape conversations around Digital Transformation, Data & AI, Cloud, Apps, and Managed Services.
Drive proactive account mapping and pipeline development.
Develop and execute go-to-market strategies tailored to the Malaysian market.
Report on pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and competitive intelligence.
Represent the business at industry events and client engagement.
