Job summary

You will collaborate with developers, infrastructure teams, and vendors to optimize integration patterns, analyze logs across multiple layers, and produce thorough documentation.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in Enterprise Application Integration across middleware or integration operations.
• Expertise in IBM Integration Technologies (IBM ITX/WTX) or Azure Integration Services.
• Strong knowledge of data formats (XML, JSON, EDI, X12, EDIFACT) and mapping/translation issues.
• Proficient in troubleshooting production issues across application, middleware, and infrastructure layers.
• Experience with Linux/Unix administration and network/protocol troubleshooting (HTTP, REST, MQ).
• Familiarity with monitoring and incident-management in production environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide second-level support for client platform integration issues and monitor platforms for SLA adherence.
• Conduct in-depth root cause analysis and coordinate with engineering to deliver permanent fixes.
• Assist in defining and optimizing integration patterns and data flows.
• Collaborate with developers, infrastructure teams, and vendors to resolve complex incidents.
• Maintain up-to-date support documentation and runbooks for operational excellence.
• Drive incident management, change execution, and service restoration while meeting SLAs.
