We are seeking an experienced Application Support Engineer to provide support for enterprise systems including DCE, CLIP, CEDAR, and CLEAR. The ideal candidate will have strong .NET/C# expertise, production issue troubleshooting, and a focus on stability in a production environment.

Based in Malaysia, the role welcomes applicants locally and from India relocating to Malaysia. Join a team supporting critical applications and collaborating with development, infrastructure, and business units.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field.
• Strong experience in Application Support within enterprise environments.
• Advanced proficiency in .NET / C#.
• Experience supporting production applications and resolving incidents.
• Knowledge of SQL Server and writing queries for troubleshooting.
• Experience working with Windows Server environments.
• Familiarity with incident management and ITIL processes.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Mansioni

• Provide Level 2/3 application support for enterprise applications.
• Monitor and resolve production incidents within SLAs.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement fixes.
• Support application deployments, releases, and maintenance.
• Collaborate with development, infra, DB, and business teams.
• Analyze logs, queries, and performance to identify issues.
• Prepare incident reports and knowledge base articles.
• Participate in on-call and production support activities.
• Ensure system availability, reliability, and performance.
