Qualifications

• Proven track record in B2B sales leadership and revenue target delivery.
• Knowledge of vehicle specifications, bodybuilder processes, and commercial financing.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute regional sales strategies, manage pipeline, and meet revenue targets.
• Coach and motivate the sales team to achieve KPIs.
• Develop and maintain relationships with corporate accounts, logistics firms, and fleet operators.
• Guide solution sales (GVW, chassis, body configurations, vehicle financing) and oversee handovers.
• Ensure branch activities comply with SOPs, CRM standards, and transport regulations.
