Job summary

Gratitude Inc in Balakong, Selangor, Malaysia is seeking a Technical / Enterprise Sales Executive to drive revenue through end-to-end Data Center infrastructure solutions. You will build relationships with large enterprise customers, colocation providers and hyperscale data centers, and lead account plans from discovery to close.

The role requires strong B2B sales experience in data center or IT infrastructure, effective communication, and willingness to travel within Klang Valley and beyond.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, IT, Business or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of B2B sales or business development experience.
• Experience in Data Center, IT Infrastructure, Electrical, Networking or related industries preferred.
• Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and key account management.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Willing to travel for business within and outside Klang Valley.
• Must possess own transportation.
• Degree qualification is required.
• Candidates below 40 years old preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage strategic relationships with enterprise customers, colocation providers, and hyperscale data centers.
• Create and execute account plans to drive revenue growth and increase solution adoption.
• Promote end-to-end Data Center infrastructure solutions (Racking, Containment, Cable Management, UPS, Busway, PDUs, Cooling, Cabling).
• Conduct customer needs analysis and identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
• Collaborate with Solution Engineering, Marketing, and Project Delivery teams to deliver tailored solutions.
• Work with consultants, contractors, and channel partners to influence project specs and secure new business.
• Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and management updates.
• Lead commercial negotiations, prepare proposals, and close sales opportunities.
