A global manufacturing company in Penang is seeking an entry-level Enterprise Business Integration (IT System Application Admin) to support integration business applications. The ideal candidate will understand B2B protocols, possess knowledge of various operating systems, and have a working knowledge of databases. This full-time position offers an opportunity to work within a dynamic team while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Understand B2B concepts and protocol such as AS2/AS3, SFTP, SSH, and PKI digital certificate encryption.
• Good working knowledge of standard computer operating systems, i.e. Microsoft Windows, Unix, Linux.
• Knowledge of Sterling Integrator, Axway B2Bi, Axway CFT or equivalent middleware.
• Understanding of database objects, tables, views, keys, indexes, stored procedure.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server Relational Databases.
• Ability to develop Visio diagrams and PowerPoint presentations.
• Knowledge of SAP and IDOC processing.
• Knowledge of EDI standards ANSI, EDIFACT.

Responsibilities

• Maintain & support existing Integration business system applications.
• Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures.
• Maintain discretion and confidentiality in all areas pertaining to data.
• Document application processes and procedures.
• Manage workloads efficiently with good email management skills.
• Work with Audit teams and adhere to compliance procedures.
• Participate in on-call support and scheduled maintenance activities.
