Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; experience with ERP/MES/WMS/AI/IoT or manufacturing systems is a plus.
• Experience in application support, troubleshooting, system maintenance, or enterprise application implementation is preferred.
• Understanding of APIs, data integration, and machine connectivity is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for ERP, MES, WMS, AI, IoT and related application systems.
• Monitor application performance, system health, and interface transactions to ensure optimal functionality and availability.
• Collaborate with business users, vendors, and cross-functional teams to investigate issues and implement system improvements.
• Support application enhancements, new feature implementations, system upgrades, and project activities.
• Validate and confirm business requirements, system configurations, and data flows during testing, pilot runs, and production deployment.
• Ensure ERP processes support business operations efficiently and effectively.
