Job summary

SiTime is seeking a Senior Manager, Business Systems Integration to lead strategy, design, and implementation of enterprise B2B and middleware integrations. You will ensure secure, scalable data exchange between SiTime and external partners, mentor the team, and set integration standards.

Based in Penang, this role requires travel to Ipoh and some international travel. The ideal candidate combines hands-on middleware expertise (Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, IBM Sterling) with strong business-process

Qualifications

• 10+ years in B2B integration and middleware.
• Hands-on with Boomi, MuleSoft, or IBM Sterling B2B Integrator.
• Strong ability to map business processes to integrations.
• Experience working with customers, suppliers and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle of B2B and middleware integration projects.
• Define requirements with customers and partners and drive design.
• Mentor junior team members and establish integration best practices.
• Ensure security, data privacy, and governance across integrations.
• Collaborate with functional teams to deliver scalable solutions.
