You will work with customers, project teams and software developers to translate ERP processes and data requirements into clear integration specifications and solutions. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with ERP systems, EDI, or business integration projects.
• Knowledge of business documents and transactional workflows.
• Ability to read API documentation and API-based integration concepts.
• Experience in data mapping or data transformation between systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Clear communication with customers, developers, and project teams.
• Comfortable translating business requirements into technical specs.

Responsibilities

• Understand and analyze ERP business processes and transaction workflows.
• Analyse ERP APIs, including endpoints and data formats.
• Work with EDI and other structured business document formats.
• Define and maintain source-to-target data mappings.
• Understand field-level relationships and transformation rules.
• Collaborate with developers to communicate integration requirements.
• Prepare integration specifications and mapping documents.
• Clarify requirements with project teams and customers; resolve issues.
• Identify opportunities to improve integration processes and develop reusable solutions.
