Job summary

Alliance Bank Malaysia Berhad is seeking a Delivery & Platform Architect within the Innovation Lab to drive the enterprise AI platform transformation. You will own integration patterns, API specs, and secure interfaces, ensuring scalable onboarding for internal and vendor-built solutions.

You will lead governance readiness, risk oversight, and production handover from pilot to scale, while shaping investment cases with accuracy in technical scope and costs.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years spanning delivery leadership, digital transformation, or technical program management.
• Experience owning technical solutions from MVP/pilot to production-scale deployment in regulated environments.
• Experience coordinating vendor relationships and RFI/RFP processes for fintech or AI/automation solutions.
• Connective role between business stakeholders, engineering teams, and governance bodies in fast-moving environments.

Responsibilities

• Own the platform's integration strategy end-to-end, translating objectives into patterns, APIs, and interfaces.
• Shape AI adoption across the bank by defining onboarding for agents, bots, and AI services.
• Lead technical evaluations in market scans and RFI/RFPs with governance and cost considerations.
• Translate policy into practice with risk/compliance to embed controls and audit readiness.
