Job summary

Alliance Bank Malaysia Berhad seeks a technical owner for the Enterprise AI Platform. You shape design decisions, review partner work, and sign off on delivered solutions to ensure alignment with specifications.

You will translate architecture into measurable specifications, define acceptance criteria, and ensure documentation and knowledge transfer enable the bank to operate independently. This is a hands-on design and oversight role in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in solution architecture, platform engineering or technical delivery.
• Client-side technical authority over a delivery vendor, rejecting work not meeting spec.
• Experience in regulated environments with auditability requirements.
• Practical exposure to building or designing LLM-based systems.
• Strong written communication and governance capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical relationship with the delivery partner and ensure adherence to standards.
• Translate architecture intent into buildable specifications and interface contracts.
• Define acceptance criteria and verify handovers against the specification.
• Keep the bank capable of operation through documentation, runbooks and knowledge transfer.
• Design integration patterns across the estate and connect to productivity and core systems.
• Shape design for AI use cases and ensure provider independence.
• Verify governance by turning policy into enforceable technical controls and evidencing it.
