Job summary

Schneider Electric Industries (M) Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a strategic Enterprise Account Manager to drive growth across our Secure Power business, leading data center infrastructure and enterprise solution sales opportunities.

You will develop account strategies, build relationships with key decision-makers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions and achieve revenue targets. This role offers a dynamic, high-performance environment with global support.

Qualifications

The Role:

We are looking for a strategic Enterprise Account Manager to make a significant impact in driving growth across our Secure Power business. In this role, you will develop and execute account strategies, build strong relationships with key decision-makers, and lead complex data center infrastructure and enterprise solution sales opportunities. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and partners to deliver innovative solutions, expand market share, and achieve ambitious revenue growth targets in a fast-paced, high-performing environment.

What will you do?

Strategic Sales Planning

• Named Account Identification and Mapping Account type using Standardized Account Mapping Criteria.
• Named Account Review and Strategic Account Planning to grow Secure Power (SP) Division SOW and Sales Revenue in each name segments.
• Key Opportunity Close Planning to progress Key Deals in Funnel to timely closure; meeting Quarterly/Yearly SalesTargetsSector Business Review and Planning to grow SP Division Sales Revenue in target Sector/s.
• Conduct thorough research and assess on targetSector/s to establish strategies to penetrate and expand Sector/s.
• Key Solutions Mapping and Selling Strategies to develop Large Data Center Physical Infrastructure (DCPI) TurnkeySales Execution.
• Manage Accounts and develop more qualified opportunities to achieve strong revenue growth target and Share of walletper Named Account.
• Develop and manage key opportunities to closure to achieve Target Win Rate, Up-sell objectives, Target Revenue perdeal, Target Monthly/ Quarterly Quota.
• Develop expertise in IT Business Product/Enterprise Solutions/Large DCPI Turnkey Solutions Selling to address Named Accounts and Opportunities.
• Develop unique Value Propositions and Solutions Differentiations as a Team at Account level & Opportunity level.
• Develop proficiencies in Sales Execution Process, Use of Sale Tools (BFO/InTouch/Designer Portal/Sales Portals).
• Manage a strong opportunity pipeline and track opportunity Win Rate to achieve accurate Monthly/Quarterly/ YearlyForecast Targets by Line of Business (LOB), by Individual and Sector Sales Quota.
• Conduct Opportunity Lost and Win Reviews to enhance the discipline of Internal Sales Learning and promote sharing ofbest-selling practices across Sales and Extended Sales Team.
• Work closely with Technical Teams, SMEs, LOBs, BDs, Service Delivery team and functional teams to develop, manageand close deals on time on target.
• Strategize, develop and deliver strong pitch to customers on Schneider & IT Business offerings, proposed solutions andcorporate messaging across the sales cycle.
• Develop Internal and External Partnership Selling.
• Cross Business Unit selling and Large Cross Business Unit Turnkey Opportunities development and creation.
• End user customer engagement, building relationship and influence end user experience.
• Develop Strategic Sell-with and Sell-through Partnerships with key Solution Partners/System Integrators/Contractors atSector level, Account Level & Opportunity Level.
• Participate in all Sales Enablement, Coaching and Certifications to enhance Competency level in required Knowledge, Skills & Conduct.

What qualifications will make you successful?

• Min Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (majoring in Electrical / Mechanical) or any other similar discipline.
• At least 5 years sales experience (Knowledge of the Data Center industry and direct & channels selling a definite requirement).
• At least 5 years Sales experience in managing customers in the target segments & territory.
• Thorough understanding of the sales function and processes including annual sales planning
• Good knowledge of Data Center Physical Infrastructure (DCPI) Design & Solutions, DC Technology Trends, DC Best Practices & DC related Services; including Green DC requirements, DC Tier 1-4 requirements, Energy Efficiency.
• Good knowledge in the DC Management, DC Design & Build, Critical Power & Cooling Solutions, and Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery concepts.
• Good understanding of large turnkey opportunity creation, development and closure and related contracting processes and legal/finance procedures.
• Strong experience in large account planning and management skills.
• Good knowledge of target territory/Sectors and their Industry specific Data Center requirements/ challenges/dynamics.
• Excellent Team player, able to handle ambiguity, anticipate and react to changes quickly in a fast-paced environment.
