Job summary

Mumtaz Generation Preschool is seeking a driven individual to lead enrollment and parent relationship functions, blending sales, engagement, and operations. The role focuses on converting inquiries, conducting tours, and coordinating with partners to meet enrollment targets.

The candidate should have at least 2 years in sales or related fields, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Excel, Word, Canva, and AI tools to enhance productivity. Bahasa Malaysia and English fluency is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in sales, education, customer success, or related roles.
• Confident communicator with firm tone and empathy.
• Strong usage of MS Excel, Word and Canva for documentation and invoicing.
• Able to use Generative AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini and Canva to improve work effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales plans to drive new student enrollment.
• Convert inquiries into enrollments and manage follow-ups.
• Lead enrollment and parent relationship functions with operations teams.
• Conduct school tours and parent consultations.
• Explain curriculum, safety procedures, and program structure confidently.
• Create social media content to generate new student leads and use tools to boost sales.
