ISP Malaysia is seeking a Regional Marketing Senior Manager to lead strategic marketing across its nine schools. You will translate market insights into an omni-channel plan, align regional strategies with school initiatives, and oversee budgeting, performance analytics and cross-school collaboration to drive enrolment growth and brand strength.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
• 7+ years in marketing, with regional or multi-school experience.
• Experience building integrated, omni-channel strategies for a portfolio of schools.
• Experience partnering with sales/admissions leadership on pipeline decisions.
• Experience managing budgets and driving ROI across multiple schools/brands.

Responsabilités

• Build omni-channel marketing strategy, plan, calendar and budget for region and each school.
• Translate consumer/parent insights into demand opportunities across the portfolio.
• Oversee regional funnel from awareness to conversion with resourcing and measurement.
• Develop brand strategy, messaging, differentiation and value propositions.
• Collaborate with Marketing Leads and school teams to execute regional strategy locally.
• Analyse marketing performance and admissions data; present insights to leadership.
• Allocate regional resources and budgets based on school performance and ROI.
