Job summary

Longevity Health Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Student Affairs Executive to support recruitment, enrollment processing and lead generation. You will reply to student enquiries within 24 hours and assist in daily operations and marketing activities to grow the program intake.

Your role includes managing student data, preparing documents, and coordinating with the sales team to meet enrollment targets, including international event awareness.

Qualifications

• Attend and reply to all student enquiries within 24 hours.
• Recruit a minimum of 15 students for each intake.
• Research and generate new leads for enrollment.
• Send daily progress reports, updates and monthly sales reports.
• Follow up on student data and seek new data to encourage enrollment.
• Systematic follow-up to convert leads into active students.
• Register students and prepare required documents.
• Manage and update student data accurately.
• Assist in generating sales and oversee marketing activities, including international exposure.

Responsibilities

To update the company about potential and upcoming (local and international) aesthetic medical events.

Operations:

To understand the roles of student affair executive and to assist them when needed.

To assist in the company’s daily operations and to ensure a smooth operation.

To assist the managing director in company related activities when needed.
