Job summary

I CAN READ ECO BOTANIC in Malaysia (Johor) invites dedicated English Teachers to join our dynamic team across Eco Botanic and Eco Cascadia branches. This full-time role focuses on delivering high-quality English education to learners aged 3–14, with training provided and opportunities for professional growth.

You will design engaging lessons, use tech in the classroom, monitor progress, and collaborate with colleagues to refine our curriculum while maintaining a nurturing and inclusive classroom.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field with English specialization.
• Minimum 2 years of experience teaching English at primary level.
• Excellent command of English, written and spoken.
• Strong lesson planning and engaging teaching methods.
• Experience using technology in the classroom.
• Passion for working with children and their growth.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of phonics is a plus.

About the role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced English Teacher to join our dynamic team at

• I CAN READ ECO CASCADIA , JOHOR BAHRU
• I CAN READ ECO BOTANIC , ISKANDAR PUTERI.

As an English Teacher, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality English language education to our young learners between the age of 3 to 14 years. This is a full-time position, and we are looking for a dynamic candidate who will join our Eco Botanic and/or our Eco Cascadia Branch.

What you'll be doing

• Designing and delivering engaging, age-appropriate English language lessons that cater to the diverse learning needs of our students based on our syllabus (Will Train)
• Implementing innovative teaching methodologies to enhance the learning experience
• Monitoring student progress, providing constructive feedback, and adapting teaching strategies to ensure student success
• Collaborating with the teaching team to develop and refine curriculum materials, lesson plans, and assessment tools
• Fostering a positive, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment that encourages student participation and growth
• Maintaining accurate student records and providing regular updates to parents and school management

What we're looking for

• A bachelor's degree in Education or a related field, with a specialization in English language teaching
• A minimum of 2 years of experience teaching English at the primary school level
• Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken
• Strong pedagogical skills and the ability to create engaging and interactive lesson plans
• Demonstrated experience in using technology effectively in the classroom
• A passion for working with children and a commitment to their academic and personal growth
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge in teaching phonics is a plus
