Job summary

IOT Manufacturing Sdn Bhd in Malaysia seeks an Engineering Manager to lead a team of engineers, set strategic direction for projects, and drive continuous improvement across manufacturing processes and product development.

You will collaborate with R&D and production, manage suppliers and customers, and translate market needs into innovative solutions while travelling as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronic/Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years' experience in product development within the electronics industry.
• Demonstrated track record of successful product development and delivery.
• Up-to-date knowledge of emerging technologies and the ability to translate market and customer requirements into innovative solutions.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with proven business acumen.
• Self-motivated, independent, and driven to achieve excellence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel as required.
