Profile

A successful Engineering Director, Hardware Design should have:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Hardware Design, Electronics Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
• Minimum 20 years of relevant engineering experience within hardware, electrical, or product development environments.
• Proven experience leading large-scale engineering projects from concept through production.
• Extensive experience managing and developing engineering teams.
