Job summary

Cradotex (M) Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a Project Engineer to lead engineering projects from conception to completion. You will develop plans, coordinate design, manufacturing and QA teams, and report progress to stakeholders.

The role requires a Diploma or Bachelor's in Engineering with at least 1 year in project engineering, strong engineering knowledge, and excellent communication and leadership skills. Mandarin proficiency is preferred for this position.

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field.
1 year of relevant experience in project engineering or similar role.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Strong understanding of engineering principles and practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Mandarin speakers preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage and oversee engineering projects from conception to completion.
Develop project plans including scope, timelines and resource allocation.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including design, manufacturing and quality assurance.
Monitor project progress and mitigate risks.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to required quality standards.
Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders.
Liaise with clients and suppliers to ensure clear communication and satisfaction.
