Job summary

Cradotex (M) Sdn Bhd in Penang invites a Project Engineer to oversee engineering projects from concept to completion. You will develop project plans, coordinate cross-functional teams including design, manufacturing and QA, and ensure milestones meet budget and quality standards.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical preferred) with at least 1 year of project engineering experience.

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related field.
At least 1 year of project engineering experience.
Proficiency with project management software.
Solid engineering principles and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication, interpersonal and leadership abilities.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize.
Mandarin language proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

Oversee engineering projects from conception to completion.
Develop project plans with scope, timelines and resources.
Coordinate with design, manufacturing and QA teams.
Monitor progress and mitigate risks.
Ensure on-time delivery within budget and quality standards.
Prepare status reports for stakeholders.
Communicate with clients and suppliers to ensure satisfaction.
