Job summary

Cradotex (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a project engineer to oversee engineering projects from conception to completion in a dynamic manufacturing environment. You will develop plans, coordinate with design, manufacturing and QA teams, and ensure timely delivery within budget.

The role requires a Diploma/Bachelor in engineering, 1 year of relevant experience, strong communication and leadership, and a preference for Mandarin speakers.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Candidates with a background in Mechanical Engineering are preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in project engineering or a similar role.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Strong understanding of engineering principles and practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
• This position is preferably for Mandarin speakers.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee engineering projects from conception to completion.
• Develop project plans, including scope, timelines and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including design, manufacturing and quality assurance.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and according to required quality standards.
• Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders.
• Liaise with clients and suppliers to ensure clear communication and satisfaction
