Job summary

ManpowerGroup Malaysia is seeking a capable Project Engineer with a Diploma in Engineering and at least 1 year of experience to coordinate engineering projects in Shah Alam.

You will develop project plans, monitor timelines, manage budgets, liaise with clients and internal teams, and provide technical guidance. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in project engineering or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in relevant engineering software and project management tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage engineering projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop project plans, including scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Oversee project execution, ensuring adherence to quality standards and budget.
• Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure clear communication.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Prepare project reports and documentation.
