Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering with 4-5 years of related facilities management experience.
• Ability to perform judgment based on analysis from multiple sources.
• Willingness to adopt new perspectives on existing solutions.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Outlook).
• Organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
• Sophisticated math skills for percentage, fractions, and finance-related calculations.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs to mechanical, plumbing, structural, furniture, fire, life safety, and control systems; keep facilities up to standard.
• Comply with applicable codes, regulations, governmental agency directives, and safety policies.
• Maintain an energy management program to ensure systems run efficiently.
• Assist with preventive maintenance and emergency repairs to meet design life expectations.
• Ensure safe storage, handling and disposal of hazardous materials; maintain a clean, safe workplace.
• Review inspections of building systems like fire alarms, HVAC, and plumbing to ensure proper operation.
• Apply in-depth knowledge to complex assignments and provide innovative solutions.
• Coach others and share knowledge across several disciplines within the function.
• Lead by example and align with CBRE RISE values to build consensus.
• Impact a range of activities within own team and related teams.
• Operate within broad guidelines and policies.
• Explain difficult or sensitive information.
