Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent.
• 4-6 years of managerial experience in a technical environment.
• Proven ability to lead technical work through engineers and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily activities of Supplier Engineers within SET scope, with accountability for results, priorities, methods, staffing, and resources.
• Translate objectives into team priorities and allocate resources to meet schedules and goals.
• Coach and develop engineers; enforce ownership, open communication, and continuous improvement.
• Provide technical leadership for supplier manufacturing, quality, reliability, and product-life-cycle challenges, including new product introduction and supplier readiness.
• Oversee supplier onboarding, qualification, audits, and cross-functional alignment to processes.
