Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 4–6 years of managerial experience in engineering.
• Experience in manufacturing, quality, supplier engineering, or product qualification.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and make technical decisions.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily activities of Supplier Engineers in SET with accountability.
• Translate objectives into team priorities and allocate resources to meet goals.
• Coach, mentor, and develop engineers; build ownership and teamwork culture.
• Provide technical leadership for supplier-related manufacturing, quality, reliability, and lifecycle challenges.
• Participate in supplier qualification, onboarding, and alignment activities.
• Lead or support supplier site assessments, audits, and investigations to drive improvements.
• Ensure engineering documentation, change-control, and quality-system adherence.
• Communicate status, risk, priorities, and recovery plans to management and stakeholders.
