Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic or Mechanical) required.
• 5+ years of experience in cable assembly in the semiconductor industry.
• 2+ years in a leadership or management role.
• Master's degree or MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and support a team of engineers. Conduct regular performance reviews and career development.
• Drive execution of engineering projects from EVT to PVT and the early stage of MP.
• Collaborate with other functional managers and stakeholders to align priorities.
• Create and manage project timelines, goals, and deliverables. Track progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery.
• Manage team budgets, tools, and resource allocation. Plan headcount and staffing needs based on roadmap and priorities.
