Honeywell International Inc. in Malaysia is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead regional engineering operations for Honeywell Connected Industrial (HCI) SEA.

You will ensure project delivery excellence, drive capability development, and support business growth across regional solutions. The role requires at least 6 years in engineering with leadership, a strong data or process domain background, and experience in collaborating with sales to expand the project pipeline.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical, Process, Control Systems, or related).
• Master’s degree or MBA is an added advantage.
• Minimum 6 years of engineering experience, with leadership exposure.
• Experience leading regional or cross-functional teams and delivering projects.
• Experience in oil & gas, petrochemicals, refining, or process industries preferred.
