Honeywell Aerospace in Penang, Malaysia is seeking a Senior HSE Engineer to lead health, safety and environmental programs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance, drive risk reduction, and foster a culture of safety across operations.

The role requires 6+ years in HSE, strong regulatory knowledge, budgeting skills, and effective communication. Certifications such as SHO, CePSWaM, or CePSTPO are a plus, reflecting a commitment to safety excellence.

Responsibilities

Requirements & Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience in HSE engineering
• Leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations and best practices.
• Proficiency in budget management and financial acumen.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and strategic planning abilities.
• Certification in HSE related field is a plus, such as Safety and Health Officer (SHO), Certified Environmental Professional In Scheduled Waste Management (CePSWaM), Radiation Protection Officer (RPO), Certified Environmental Professionals in Sewage Treatment Plant Operation (CePSTPO) or any other related certifications will be added advantage.
