Job summary

SDP Manufacturing Sdn. Bhd., part of the Sunningdale Tech Group, is seeking a Process Engineer to optimize production in a plastic injection molding environment. You will analyze process issues and support NPI, process setup and validation, while coordinating with Production, QA, Maintenance, and Tooling teams.

The role emphasizes continuous improvement, documentation, and corrective action to reduce downtime and defects in a high-quality manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of plastic injection molding experience.
• Good knowledge of molding defects and process troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with process validation and continuous improvement activities.
