Infinity 8 is seeking an Industrial/Manufacturing Engineer to lead the manufacturing lifecycle of semiconductor equipment, from order kick-off to customer buy-off, across engineering, production, procurement and quality teams.
The role requires a Bachelor's in engineering and at least 5 years' experience in industrial/manufacturing engineering, with preference for electronics/semiconductor backgrounds, Lean and automation expertise.

Lead the manufacturing lifecycle of semiconductor equipment from order kick-off, RFQ, procurement, assembly, testing and final customer buy-off.
Coordinate with Engineering, Production, Procurement, Quality and suppliers to achieve project milestones, quality requirements and delivery schedules.
Manage BOM accuracy, ECN implementation, engineering drawings and manufacturing documentation.
Oversee equipment assembly, functional, electrical and software testing to ensure compliance with customer specifications.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve manufacturing efficiency, productivity, quality and cost effectiveness.
Monitor project progress, identify and resolve manufacturing issues, and ensure timely completion within budget.
Lead and support the Industrial Engineering team in achieving departmental objectives and operational excellence.
Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in industrial engineering, project management or manufacturing engineering.
Experience in electronics, semiconductor or equipment manufacturing is preferred.
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, production planning, plant layout, assembly operations, BOM management and ECN.
Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement and industrial automation will be an advantage.
