Job summary

Advanced Assembly Materials (M) Sdn Bhd is offering a Manufacturing Internship to support plating operations and lab work. You will assist in experiments, analyze chemical processes, and help ensure lab equipment is well maintained.

You will help with daily production chemical top-ups, data traceability, and production reports while supporting the supervisor and maintaining 5S in the workplace.

Qualifications

• Assist to analyze chemical processes and performance for plating manufacturing.
• Support lab analysis and ensure lab equipment functions reliably.
• Maintain data for traceability and process control.
• Perform general admin tasks and assist supervisor as required.

Responsibilities

• Set up plating machine preparation and process according to job order.
• Assist in maintaining 5S at the workplace.
• Assist with production reports and records according to procedures.
• Assist to ensure daily top-up of production chemicals for smooth operations.

Job description

Assisting in conducting experiments and tests to analyze chemical process and performance for Plating Manufacturing.

Assist to ensure production chemicals and lab analysis is sufficient to have a smooth production and make sure lab equipment is well function to have a reliable result.

Assist to ensure production chemicals for daily/routine top up for production smoothest.

Ensure data key in is complete for traceability/ process control.

Perform general administrative tasks include organizing and maintaining laboratory equipment and supplies and assisting with other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Manufacturing Internship

Assist on manufacturing process by providing technical knowledge for continues improvement effort.

Set up Plating machine preparation and process according to job order.

Assist to perform machine condition checking to ensure no interruption of production process.

Assist to maintaining 5s at the work place.

Assist on production report and record according to production procedure.

Perform general administrative tasks include organizing and maintaining production equipment and supplies and assisting with other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
