Job summary

BSH Home Appliances ASEAN in Malaysia seeks a motivated helper to support the technical department with routine service tasks and daily calls. You will assist technicians, handle spare parts preparation and returns, and perform general administrative duties under supervision.

You will learn to analyze product issues from error codes and gain exposure to BOM-based spare parts planning for appliance setups, with on-the-job training provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist technician on their daily service calls
• Assist technician in preparing and returning spare parts
• Any other administrative tasks, as & when assigned by the superior.
• Learn to analyze product issue base on error codes and training provided.
• Learn to look at spare part portal on BOM (built of material) list for technical setup of appliances.
