Job summary

ES Manufacturing (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking an Engineer to design, operate, and implement manufacturing processes at our Ulu Tiram site. You will ensure smooth running of ongoing processes, troubleshoot faults, and maintain engineering documentation for mass production readiness.

The role requires reading circuit diagrams, AutoCAD skills (2D/3D), and a good grasp of ISO 9001/14001. Collaboration with multiple departments and effective communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia are essential.

Qualifications

• At least a Diploma or Certificate in Electrical/Electronic Engineering for Assistant Engineer, or a Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
• Proven ability to read and understand circuit diagrams and schematics.
• Comfort with AutoCAD drawings and general office software.
• Good English and Bahasa Malaysia communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, operate, and implement manufacturing processes.
• Ensure smooth running of ongoing processes and resolve issues.
• Prepare and maintain engineering documents (manuals, modifications, work instructions).
• Lead change notices and ensure approvals are completed.
• Coordinate with other departments for new product transfers into mass production.

Job description

Responsible for the process design, operation and implementation

Responsible for the smooth running of the ongoing process

Prepare and maintain all engineering documents (manuals, modification, work instruction, etc) relating to the manufacturing of product and ensuring that change notices are raised and approve accordingly

Able to read and understand the Circuit Diagram

Troubleshooting and repair faults in the product

In process control of yield, line-balancing, product repairing, process study and evaluation

Transfer and implementation of new products into mass production within a planned time frame and do co-ordination job with another department

Job Requirement :

At least Certificate or Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering (Assistant Engineer) or Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering (Engineer)

High level of commitment and a team player with good planning, organising and controlling skills

Knowledge of ISO 9001,ISO 14001 and ISO 13485will be an added advantage

AutoCAD drawing (2D & 3D), Microsoft Office and email will be an added advantage

A team worker, High integrity and commitment.

Good communications skills – esp. in English and Bahasa Malaysia

At least 1-2 years (Assistant Engineer) 3-4 years (Engineer) of experience in an Electronic Manufacturing environment

Willing to work at Ulu Tiram, Johor
