• Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in engineering.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to organize and manage documents effectively.
• Proactive attitude and initiative in seeking learning opportunities.
• Proficient in Excel, Word and Power point.

Responsibilities

• Create, format, update and maintain various engineering documents such as BOM, WI, Drawing and etc. under guidance of BOM administrator, Engineer and Superior.
• Manage document versions and ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Review documents for completeness and adherence to standards.
• Collaborate with team members to gather information and align on requirements.
• Support change management processes for document updates.
• Help develop training materials related to engineering processes.
