Job summary

Kawan Engineering Sdn Bhd is seeking a motivated engineering student for an internship role in Malaysia. You will assist in engineering tasks, documentation, and coordination while learning to meet project specifications and ISO system requirements.

Candidate should be pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Electrical Engineering, with strong English communication skills and a collaborative mindset. Fresh graduates and undergraduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Electrical Engineering.
• Fresh graduates and undergraduates welcome.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team, deliver assigned tasks, and assist in resolving problems.
• Good knowledge of AutoCAD will be an added advantage.
• Able to work independently with good attention to detail and a positive attitude.
• Willing to learn and able to adapt to a fast-paced engineering and project environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure assigned work is carried out in compliance with applicable Codes, statutory and authority requirements, ISO Integrated Management System requirements, and project specifications.
• Assist the relevant department in carrying out engineering-related tasks, documentation, and coordination as assigned.
• Perform other duties, assignments, and ad hoc tasks as and when requested by the Supervisor or Management.
