Etika is seeking an operator to manage packaging machinery within a TPM-driven maintenance environment. You will perform daily to monthly maintenance, minimize downtime, and feed raw materials as needed. The role requires teamwork with diverse staff and adherence to quality protocols.
Responsibilities include machine repairs, shift work, and daily reporting to drive continuous improvement in a manufacturing setting.

Operate selected machinery and equipment to ensure performance aligns with KPIs.
Perform daily, weekly, monthly, and preventive maintenance on designated machinery/equipment in accordance with TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) requirements.
Minimize downtime during production by ensuring timely interventions and proactive maintenance.
Communicate effectively with team members and superiors to identify solutions and drive continuous improvement.
Carry out repair work or machine adjustments within the given timeframe to avoid unnecessary production delays.
Remain on standby at the machine or workstation at all times to ensure smooth production flow and to feed raw materials into the process as needed.
Prepare daily reports and propose improvement actions when abnormalities or issues occur.
Establish, revise, and update documentation formats as needed based on current issues or operational requirements.
Take part in problem-solving discussions when machine-related issues arise.
Prepare corrective and preventive actions when necessary to ensure long-term machine reliability.
Comply with all policies, guidelines, and regulatory requirements as per the Etika Quality System.
Conduct quality control inspections during production processes and on finished products to ensure compliance with established protocols and design specifications.
Execute filling line CIP (Clean-In-Place), including chemical preparation, process execution, and effectiveness verification. (Applicable to filler operators only)
Perform sampling of materials and products for QA confirmation or analysis. (Applicable to packaging roles)
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum of 2 years of working experience in handling machines & equipment.
Willing and able to work on rotating shift hours (including weekends).
Comfortable working with a diverse team, including foreign staff and within manufacturing settings.
