Mahsuri Food is seeking a detail-oriented Storekeeper to manage receiving, storage, and inventory control within our warehouse. You will verify incoming materials, maintain accurate records, and support procurement and warehouse teams in daily stock movements.
The role requires 1–3 years of storekeeping experience, familiarity with SAP S4 or ERP systems, and strong Excel skills. Physical readiness for warehouse tasks and teamwork are essential for success.

Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials and supplies against delivery orders and purchase orders to ensure accurate receiving records.
Store materials in designated locations following established storage procedures.
Issue materials, tools, and equipment according to approved requisitions.
Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock transactions in the inventory management system.
Conduct regular stock counts and participate in periodic inventory audits.
Monitor stock levels and report low inventory or discrepancies to the supervisor.
Ensure proper labeling, handling, and storage of inventory items.
Keep the storeroom clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
Prepare inventory reports and documentation as required.
Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and other departments regarding stock movements and availability.
Assist in unloading, loading, and moving materials when necessary.
Update and maintain a fixed asset listing for all company assets.
Source, evaluate, and document spare parts or general supplies to ensure purchased items are reliable, durable, and cost-effective.
Provide general administrative support, including documentation, data entry, filing, and coordination for departmental activities.
Any other duties as assigned by the reporting manager when required.

SPM, Certificate, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
1-3 years of experience in a storekeeping, warehouse, or inventory-related role preferred.
Basic knowledge of inventory control and storekeeping procedures.
Familiarity with inventory management systems (e.g., SAP S4 or equivalent ERP systems) for raising Purchase Requisitions (PR) and performing Goods Receiving transactions.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, diagrams, or drawings to assist in sourcing and verifying spare parts or materials.
Experience in using precision measuring tools (e.g., calipers) to verify parts against specifications is an added advantage.
Forklift operation certification and ability to operate forklift safely is an added advantage.
Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy in handling stock transactions.
Good communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with internal departments and external suppliers.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Analytical thinking skills with the ability to troubleshoot, overcome obstacles, and implement effective solutions.
Ability to identify performance indicators and take corrective actions to improve system efficiency.

Based in a warehouse, storeroom, or manufacturing facility environment.
Requires physical mobility, including prolonged standing, frequent bending, and the ability to lift and move materials up to 20kg in accordance with safety guidelines.
May require the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) such as safety boots and vests as per site requirements.
Occasional overtime may be required to support operational needs.
