Job summary

Trisystems Engineering is seeking a Project Engineer for onsite work at our Sendayan headquarters, Negeri Sembilan. The role coordinates project execution, documentation, procurement, testing, and site activities to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery.

You will work closely with customers, vendors, and internal teams to meet requirements, timelines, and quality standards. The ideal candidate has a degree in CS or Engineering, 1–2 years in proposal/costing, and knowledge of PLCs and drawings.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering (Software / Computer related) or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of experience in proposal and costing preparation.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Knowledge of programmable systems, PLC panels, and system drawings.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and self‑motivated with strong analytical thinking.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willing to travel as required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate project execution to ensure timely, cost-effective, and quality delivery.
• Prepare, review, and maintain project documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate procurement activities including sourcing, evaluation, and purchasing in line with project specifications, budget, and timeline.
• Prepare, review, and update technical drawings (cabinet layouts, general arrangements, schematics) to align with project and client requirements.
• Coordinate and oversee Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) to ensure systems and equipment meet specifications.
• Monitor project progress, update reports, and support the Project Manager in ensuring successful delivery.
• Carry out site activities including installation, commissioning, as-built documentation, SAT, and start-up support.
• Maintain effective working relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Support continuous improvement by sharing lessons learned and contributing to team development.
