Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Organize, plan and monitor site activities and update work programs.
• Prepare method statements and liaise with project teams and consultants on sequencing.
• Identify delays/critical activities, propose mitigations and resolve discrepancies.
• Track progress and prepare monthly reports per schedule.
• Ensure resources are allocated efficiently and works align with the approved program.
• Maintain quality records at the project site as required.
• Assist in supervision and inspection of site activities as directed by superiors.

Job Responsibility

• Organize, plan and monitor site activities and update the work programs accordingly
• Prepare method statement and liaise with the project team and consultants on the planning and sequencing processes in meeting project requirements
• Study, highlight and provide mitigation measures on delayed/ critical activities and resolve discrepancies of drawings and specifications
• Track progress and prepare monthly reports according to schedule
• Ensure efficient allocation of resources and all works are carried out based on the approved program
• To assist and maintain quality records at the project site as per requirement / specification
• To assist in supervision and inspection of site activities and other works as required by the Superior

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in project planning or construction planning (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
• Knowledge of project scheduling, construction methodologies, and resource planning.
