Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in a relevant engineering/science field.
• 0–5 years in silicon failure analysis; fresh graduates welcome.
• Knowledge of semiconductor physics is preferred.
• Familiar with bench test setups and fault isolation tools.
• Proficiency with FESEM, FIB; AI knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed

• Bachelor in Electronics/Electrical/Microelectronics/Material Engineering, Material Science, Physics or Chemistry.
• Minimum 0-5 years’ experience in silicon level failure analysis on IC failure.
• Fresh graduates with a strong interest in Failure Analysis are welcome to apply.
• Preferable with knowledge related to semiconductor and physics.
• Familiarity on Bench test setup and verification, fault isolation equipment/technique such as OBIRCH, Photon and Thermal emission.
• Familiarity in die deprocessing and proficiency in operating advance failure analysis tools (e.g. FESEM, FIB) and knowledge in Artificial Intelligence (Al) would be added advantage.
