INNOBOOSTER SDN BHD, part of the JLC Technology Group, is hiring fresh graduates for technical coordination and customer support roles in Kuala Lumpur. No prior PCB experience required; you will receive structured on‑the‑job training and gain hands‑on exposure to electronics manufacturing.

The position focuses on engineering coordination, customer communication and project follow‑up with China HQ and international customers. Rotating shifts and 5‑day work weeks are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma required; engineering disciplines preferred.
• Able to speak, read and write Mandarin and English for daily communication with China HQ and customers.
• Willing to work on rotating morning, afternoon, and night shifts.

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma. Engineering disciplines are preferred, but candidates from other fields are welcome.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Able to speak, read and write Mandarin, as the role requires daily communication with China HQ and Mandarin‑speaking customers.
• Able to communicate in English.
• Willing to work on a rotating shift schedule covering Morning, Afternoon and Night Shifts.
• Willing to work on Public Holidays according to the duty roster.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced engineering and manufacturing environment.
• Able to work 5 days per week, with 7.5 working hours per day.
